Definitions

In this agreement, "Fulham Minicabs," "we," or "us" denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Adequate time allocation for the journey is your responsibility to ensure timely arrival, particularly for airport transfers necessitating check-in at specific flight times. Fulham Minicabs shall not be held liable for delays resulting from failure to allocate sufficient travel time or being unprepared for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 It is incumbent upon you to request a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Fulham Minicabs does not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage. Additionally, any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair accessibility requests must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations provided by Fulham Minicabs are based on the information supplied by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and applicable charges will be added separately. We reserve the right to revise quotes in the event of significant itinerary changes.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and covers airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting period will incur standard waiting rates. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is imperative to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Fulham Minicabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services may be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or mess caused by passengers may result in cleaning charges.

4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on their age, height, and weight.

4.4 Transporting more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance is prohibited.

Cancellations

5.1 Prompt notification of cancellations is essential. Failure to cancel before dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Cancellation fees may apply for bookings made through our online system.

Liability

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange alternative transportation to expedite your journey.

6.4 You agree to indemnify Fulham Minicabs against any expenses, damages, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of any member of your party.

6.5 Nothing in this agreement seeks to exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful default, as prohibited by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Fulham Minicabs reserves the right to subcontract obligations under this agreement. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent.

8.2 We may modify these terms and conditions, and such changes will be reflected on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 Information handling complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Fulham Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 No third party shall derive benefits from this agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made thereafter will not be entertained.
